Charity Set Up Service

Although it is perfectly possible to set up a charity from scratch just by following the excellent guidance on the charity commission’s website, many people find they need help to shape their governing document, choose the best objects and complete the process. If you are not so good with business forms, legalities, etc and haven’t the time and skills then it can be worth getting some help.

We can guide you on issues such as paying directors/trustees, getting your constitution document right, writing your business plan (yes, you will need one to register), writing policies and avoiding conflicts of interest.

Working with you to create suitable governing document with appropriate charitable objects for you to submit. Providing you with checklists and guidance so you have everything needed to submit to the Charity Commission yourself.

Option 2 £695

Creation of a suitable governing document plus creation of an outline business plan. Collation of documents and submission to the Charity Commission on your behalf.
